Can't reproduce. Do you have any crash reports on about:crashes?
Yes. I've been submitting them for weeks, but I never received a response from Mozilla.
They don't respond. Please share here links to your 5 recent crash reports. Maybe someone here will be able to analyse it.

All the crashes are from running out of memory trying to open about:logins. Restarting the phone, opening Firefox and visiting about:logins may put the device in a clean state such that it can open up your stored passwords.
Do you have a large number of passwords saved? What device are you running Firefox on?
Thanks. Yes, it does run out of memory when opening "about:logins", but I don't know why.
Approximately 240 passwords are saved by Firefox for Android 60.0.1, which is running on a Motorola Droid Turbo 2, with only 23.77 GB used of 64 GB total storage.
