At my work we are using thunderbird for our email. The installation and migration of our accounts was done by a coworker who is no longer around. Somehow we have been logged out of the account and cannot retrieve or send emails. We need to reset our password, but cannot retrieve the password reset email because we don't have the login used by our former employee. How can I get a password reset email to another account or mobile or something. I'm sure I'm missing something super obvious, but don't what it is. Any help is appreciated.

Your email password is administered with your email provider. Contact them about resetting a forgotten password. Most providers have a link to reset passwords on their email help page. Most providers are smart enough that they do not send password reset info to any email account much less the affected one.
