I have lags when I use Mozilla Firefox with the hardware acceleration with a refresh rate of 144Hz, this doesn't happen with higher or lower refresh rate.

E.g. when I open a youtube video then minimize, open a folder or an app everything lags (freezing). It lags (stuttering) in firefox menus too. When it lags there are audio problems too. This doesn't happen with other browsers and I've read Firefox has vsync problems.
