Recently I added Touch VPN and Grammarly to FireFox. Ever since I keep getting ads and sometime even my e-mail log-in screen written in Russian. i checked my language in FireFox and it is set to English. Touch VPN shows that I am searching from the USA.

You can use websites like these to see how your location is reported via a reverse DNS look up of your IP:

My IP address shows as being in the US and yet I still get Ads and simetimes my e-mail sign-in-screen is in Russian.
