When I send an email from quickbooks (using Thunderbird) the resulting email shows <br> everytime there is a break on the page.

If you set the default format to plain text in the Composition & Addressing section of Tools/Account Settings for the account (uncheck 'Compose...HTML format'), does that work? Or, do you have to enable HTML format if it was disabled?
I had tried that, it was set to compose messages in HTML and format, so I disabled it to see if that would fix it, unfortunately not. Only happens when sending an email from quickbooks to thunderbird.
That might be an issue with the actual HTML quick books is sending, If it is even HTML.
Do you have any familiarity with HTML?
not too familiar, but it seems to only be using "br" I imagine this would mean break? strange thing is I only see it once the email is sent (if I check my sent messages) So I can't even adjust it.
