Windows 10. If I right click on a document in My Documents > send to > Mail recipient, I get the following message; Either there is no default mail client or the current mail client cannot fulfill the messaging request. I have recently reverted to Thunderbird 68 12 1 as I didn't like the appearance of 78. I have recently bought Windows 365 for my PC, could there be a conflict? Thanks

This kind of MAPI issue can sometimes be fixed by running the full installer over your existing setup.
I think you missed my point. I reverted to 68.12.1 because I didn't like version 78. Version 68 worked fine but now it doesn't, as detailed above. The solution you have advised is for version 78.
The solution applies to any version of TB, including 68. The cited post refers to 78 as an example. The 68 installer is here:

Thank you for the updated information. I tried the download but it has made no difference. One other problem I have is that when I send a email the address book isn't populated across to the "To" field. Could this be linked? Thanks for your advice so far.
Make sure you follow the directions for running the full installer exactly.
I don't think it's related, but check that autocomplete is enabled in Options/Composition, and that an older version of the Card Book add-on isn't installed, as it breaks autocomplete.
Thank you for your help, I eventually got it all working.
