I want to use the Windows 10 multiple desktop feature so that I can have different applications running on each desktop. But when I have Firefox running on any desktop it always appears on all the others as well. If I have Edge running it will only appear on the desktop on which it is launched or subsequently psotioned.

How can I fix this for Firefox?

I found the answer to this eventually:

  • Win+Tab to open Task View
  • Right click on Firefox
  • Uncheck "Show this window on all desktops"
