Links not responding after signing into a secure site.

I have seen this happen of late. After I have signed into a secure site if I try and select a link, the HTML will hightlight but does not respond and navigate to the next page. Not just on site but several. A normal open page links navigate fine. When I close out and use Chrome all works fine. So it seems localized to Firefox. I do not wish to give up Firefox for Chrome but need the functionality. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi dbrayan20,

Try opening firefox in Safe mode,

  • Find the Firefox icon or click Start and type Firefox.
  • Hold down the Shift key on the keyboard and then click the Firefox icon.
  • In the Firefox Safe Mode window, click the Start in Safe Mode option.
