I have tried for 2 days to sign in to my email (Thunderbird (AOL Verizon)) for account dkdfetter@verizon.net I have changed my password -- again -- and it seems to work on my cell phone but it's not working on my laptop. The password is rejected as incorrect. I get the error message "Sending of password for user dkdfetterd did not succeed. Mail server pop.verizon.net reponded [SMS/TEMP] Server error. Please try again later." I have tried several times in the last 2 days, and I keep getting the same thing. Please help me resolve this problem. Since it says "Server error." I don't think it's something on my end. Thank you, Debra Fetter

An app password is required for Verizon accounts in TB in place of the account password:
