Will Firefox let you use http:// with the IP address or does it say it can only use https:// ? If you delete the s and press Enter to load without it, what happens?

If that doesn't work, or you really want a secure connection, could you copy/paste from the error page the additional information and/or error code (similar to SEC_ERROR_SOMETHING)? Sometimes you need to click an Advanced button to find the details.

(Please reply back here at https://support.mozilla.org/questions/1391599 and don't try to send it by email.)

This is what I get:

The connection has timed out

The requested site did not respond to a connection request and the browser has stopped waiting for a reply.

Could the server be experiencing high demand or a temporary outage? Try again later.
Are you unable to browse other sites? Check the device’s network connection.
Is your device or network protected by a firewall or proxy? Incorrect settings can interfere with Web browsing.
Still having trouble? Consult your network administrator or Internet provider for assistance.

Browsers will return a "connection not secure" error when they can't verify a website's SSL certificate. SSL is a secure data-encryption method that keeps transmitted data private and safe.

Thank you for the error text. It sounds like Firefox is still trying to use HTTPS when the device doesn't support HTTPS. Can you connect using HTTPS in a different browser, or does that browser use HTTP?
