I get this error message:

Non-overridable TLS error occurred. Handshake error or probably the TLS version or certificate used by server mail.burwur.net is incompatible.

That might help if I were an internet hardware guru, but that's not me. The Thunderbird help pages keep referencing Tbird version numbers nothing like mine (which is 102.4.0). (I also had to type out the error message in several stages -- the error box didn't allow copy and then paste.)

I have changed nothing recently about my email accounts. burwur.net is my domain, hosted by earthlink. All of the email accounts on burwur.net give me the same error message, so that I can't receive mail from any of them, or even access their messages through Tbird. I can, however, access them through earthlink (hosting) webmail.

Thanks for any help!

I suggest you contact Earthlink. Certificates relate to the security setup for the domain. The fact that it happens for all your related accounts indicates that Earthlink needs to fix this. All Thunderbird is doing is sending you the message that it receives from server.
