My triad.rr.com email does not allow me to send or reply to emails. Yet, I do receive them. My computer repair shop stated that the new format was flawed and Thunderbird had not fixed the problem. Can anyone help me to reply to emails? thanks

It occasionally is annoying that so many people blame Thunderbird, yet Thunderbird is only a messenger. Anyway, the 'problem' is often figuring out which 'rr' setup works. Please post any error messages and your incoming settings and outgoing settings and I'm sure someone here may have the info you need. Please also share why the computer was in the shop. Thanks.
