Dear Customer Support:

Firefox has just updated my computer up to version 3.6.12, and there was a note in big type saying that I need to update my Flash Player to the latest version. When I try to download the latest Flash version from Adobe, I get a message that my Macintosh non Intel version computer is no longer supported for updates by Adobe.

My question is: How long will it be before Firefox stops support to my non Intel Macintosh computer, and when this happens will I be given an option to keep that last version of Firefox that works on my non Intel Macintosh? I am on a fixed Social Security income, and can’t afford to buy a new computer.

Sincerely yours Clyde Chesney

You won't be able to update to Firefox 4.0 when that gets released in a few months.
