I clicked on the email response message to activate my account but received a "Something is wrong" message stating that there was a problem activating my account. What's the problem?
I was trying to follow up on the email I received to activate my account. I clicked on the weblink but received the "Something is wrong" message

Perhaps the "Something is wrong" message" itself is what is wrong. Despite the message, I seem to have been able to open the account.
Having some information about what might be wrong or what to do about it would be helpful and appropriate, rather than simply encourage people to guess. I've been wasting a lot of time trying to get the new Firefox 4 to work, and the dysfunction of the Help and Support system has been more part of the problem than a meaningful source of solutions.
