In FF4.0.1 preferences/Advanced/Browsing, "tell web sites that I do not want to be tracked" selection, the check box is grayed out and unusable; my guess is that FF's developers disabled it for some reason. Anyone know why? And is there any way to enable that function? Note that I'm running FF 4.0.1 for Mac, not Windows.

I just realized that I've got 'DoNotTrack Plus' extension installed; maybe that's why the check box is grayed out. Possibly 'DoNotTrack Plus' overrides the "tell web sites that I do not want to be tracked" selection.
