i cannot enable javascript ,I've deleted 4.0 I want to reinstall 3.6 and can't find it ?
i cant install 3.6 i can't find the version ? I don't like 4.0 and my java wont work it says its enabled this 4.0 is terrible nothing is where it used to be i want my 3.6 back

To revert to the previous secure version, do the following.
Go to Download Firefox v3.6.17 and download it to the desktop.
Then go to Add/Remove Programs, scroll down to "Mozilla Firefox" and remove it, choosing to keep your bookmarks, customizations etc., (don't checkmark the box).
Then reboot and delete the folder called "Mozilla Firefox" at this location: C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox
Finally run the installation file you downloaded to the desktop earlier.
Your bookmarks, customizations etc., are maintained in a different location and will become available to you again once you complete the installation.
After you complete the installation, go to the Plugins Check page and update those where necessary.

ty , all i needed was the correct version i had already uninstalled 4.0 when i downloaded 3.6 it asked if i wanted all my original stuff so my bookmarks and the nice familiar screen were back and yes i has also solved the java problem I hope mozilla can sort this problem i am very reluctant to try 4.0 version i'll have to visit this forum now from time to time to see if things have improved ty once again :)

I've noticed in the start menu it says mozilla firefox (safe mode) ? do u know what that means ?
