You can change the speech settings in System Preferences > Speech > Speech Recognition. Turn the speakable items off. In System Preferences > Universal Access > Seeing, turn off VoiceOver. What do you mean "writes every move of the mouse"? Check System Preferences > Universal Access > Mouse and see if Mouse Keys is on. If so, turn if off.
