I used to use febe on my firefox , but after you guys sugested to use your sync server I used your server. But now I excperienced a total HD crash. And I m unable to retreave my information in my documents folder because the badsectors are in that folder so it is totaly gone. I try to get on the server , and I can but I m not able to retrieve my uploaded information back from the server. It tels me to use a new key, but then I lose everything , and that may not happen .. So please can you help me with this problem? Thx on advance

If you have lost the sync key and no longer have access to that hard drive then all data that is stored on the sync server is lost. The sync key is used to encrypt all data locally on the computer before uploading it to the server and the sync key is only stored on the computer(s) that you sync and never stored elsewhere. You should always have a backup of the sync key to avoid such a problem.
