hello when using 22b1, I find out that my lingoes text capture plug-in doesn't work properly. It only works with translate selected words, but the function capture word on screen doesn't (right click + function key on word to translate). so now I have to move back to 21 hope you will consider this situation

You will have to contact the developer of this extension to see if there is already an update available that addresses this issue.

Download 'Lingoes text capture plugin' for mozilla firefox and it will surely help you out! And if you have to use the same pluging you are using right now, then you'd better contact the developer of the extension to see if there is an update for the same. Thanks

I believe the problem is coming from the update of FF22, the previous version still working fine with Lingoes. Chrome either, has no problem with any version

Right now I can't find any free dictionary that is better then Lingoes, therefore still the best choice now, even it hasn't any update for years

I reverted back to Firefox 20, it works well with Lingoes. I really love Lingoes and need it for my studying. I guess the problem is Firefox changed the way to render text in latest version.

Try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.

lsvictory, have you used Lingoes? Now the newest version is 2.9.1. Lingoes works with many program, includes Office 2013, IE 10 and 11, even with newest Chrome (need plugin). It just doesn't work with newest version of Firefox.

No ,i m still using 2.8 version ,and i still prefer the default text capture method rather than adjust to double click....i've no idea why the developer doesn't update the appropriate plug in for firefox until now so late...

Kevin (developer) didn't update the Lingoes for a long time. Its really a great program even much better than the WordWeb Pro (paid). How nice to hear that!

I managed to run the [text capture]. RWindows 8 PRO x64. FireFox 20.0 (or higher). Lingoes 2.9.1. Solution: Run [Lingoes] as Administrator privilege.

Good luck.
