My hard drive crashed and I had to replace it. I had my tech install my windows XP pro and I have installed my other programs. After downloading Firefox 12, I tried to retrieve my Norton Toolbar (It is on IE 8) but I cannot find the Norton Toolbar under tools, toolbars where I had previously found it. Is there another way of getting the Norton Toolbar on Mozilla Firefox and is V12 the most compatible with my OS Windows XP Professional?

Please upgrade to version 24.0 immediately! Version 24.0 should also resolve this issue.

Thanks for the input but there must be something wrong with me. I can't locate a norton toolbar anywhere. Tools does not have it nor does the view toolbars have it.

Guess I'm stuck with IE.

Norton doesn't support older versions of Firefox, only the 3 or 4 most recent versions.
