Downloaded Thunderbird Setup 102.5.1 but can't install it. Keep getting prompted to restart the computer over and over and over again. How can I solve this? (64 bit, Windows 10 Home.)

Shut down Thunderbird. Delete the program folder at C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Thunderbird for 32-bit TB, or C:\Program Files\Mozilla Thunderbird in case of a 64-bit TB version. Reinstall the program from https://www.thunderbird.net/

You will not lose your data, BUT it is smart to back up your Thunderbird profile on a regular basis. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profiles-where-thunderbird-stores-user-data#w_backing-up-a-profile
