"System Integration" window pops up every time Thunderbird starts
I have a problem with "system integration" window.
Thunderbird shows this window on every launch. I've unchecked option in "Preferences->Advanced->General" (I have localized version, so maybe there is spelling errors), but it changes nothing.
Thunderbird version: 24.5.0 OS: Windows 7 SP1, x64
Thunderbird is default mail client according to system settings.

Go into your control panel and set the default mail client to Thunderbird (Thunderbird checks and updates, but perhaps a manual setting will stick and not go missing all the time.)
I guess it has something to do with Windows UAC, but doing it manually will bring that to light if it is the case. If it is already set change it to something else, reboot sand change it back.

You have another email client? Like outlook or windows Live mail?
No, Thunderbird is the only e-mail client installed.

I forgot to mention that UAC is disabled on this machine.
I couldn't change default mail client, cause there is only Thunderbird mail-client installed. I'll try to install some other software and change it twice with reboot as you advised

Click the Start button, Default Programs, Set program access and computer defaults, Custom, then set TB as the default email program.
