hello tiaraharrell, one thing you could try is to reset firefox: Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings
in addition run a full scan of your system with different security tools like the free version of malwarebytes and adwcleaner because there are some hints in your troubleshooting information that would suggest your system is affected by adware.
I was just there today. No Problems.
BTW Your System Details Installed Plug-ins
Shockwave Flash 15.0 r0 Shockwave Flash 12.0 r0 Shockwave Flash 11.7 r700 Shockwave Flash 11.6 r602

Having more than one version of a program may cause issues.
Flash is notorious for not cleaning out the older version as part of an update. Grab the uninstaller from here: Uninstall Flash Player | Windows Uninstall Flash Player | Mac Then reinstall the latest version.

The website is coming up but I cannot search for anything
Are you talking about their search engine, or the browser?
What are you searching for?
Their search engine. then when i tried to type in amazon.com in the browser it stopped working again
? ! ? ! ?
You are at Amazon.com, and you entered Amazon.com in the Amazon.com search engine ? ! ? !
You had better start at the beginning, please.
You go to Amazon.com, and you enter something in its search bar . . . Yes? What are you searching for?
I am trying to type amazon.com into the search bar on fierfox and it is not working
Ahh . . Now I understand. Are you using the search box on the about:home page, or the search bar by the address bar?
Question. Why are you searching for Amazon.com? That is the web address.
This may help;
Download the Mozilla Search Reset {web link} This add-on is very simple: on installation, it backs up and then resets your search preferences and home page to their default values, and then uninstalls itself. This affects the search bar, URL bar searches, and the home page.
