I can't remember my user name and password but no reminder being sent when I request user name reminder email

I try and log in but do not remember my user name or password. I request a user name email but nothing is coming through. I have left it for an hour but no email received. I have also check the spam box.

Sorry it took a while but I have had a response to my yahoo email account and have now successfully logged in. Thank you for your reply, but it is resolved.

Sorry it took a while but I have had a response to my yahoo email account and have now successfully logged in. Thank you for your reply, but it is resolved.
