Dunno what it is but its new in V33: http://venturebeat.com/2014/10/14/firefox-33-arrives-with-openh264-support-sending-video-to-chromecast-and-roku-from-android/

So how come this repeating error:

Hi, openh264 is the new video codec, the error looks unrelated.

Do you have logging enabled, this should be gone after the update: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1049774

I just dragged a Tab to become a Window, and FF became Not Responding for about 20 minutes.

The Console Error shows:

10/17/14 5:24:12 PM [0x0-0x168168].org.mozilla.firefox 1413581052628 GMPInstallManager.simpleCheckAndInstall INFO Last check was: 72923 seconds ago, minimum seconds: 86400 10/17/14 5:24:12 PM [0x0-0x168168].org.mozilla.firefox 1413581052628 GMPInstallManager.simpleCheckAndInstall INFO Will not check for updates.

Also FF is responding extremely slowly to do anything -- this sentence lagged as I typed; tabs open slow (lots of "connecting....waiting for... reading SERVER msg at the bottom of the window). Have to wait for the pointer to be active or be able to scroll a page. Really quite unusable.

Verizon just sent me a new D-Link DSL modem/wireless router, and the router diagnostics seem to say that my DSL line is up to speed at about 7000. So WTF ???

Accidentally hit a link & it tried to open in a new window. Same deal with many minutes of locking up FF. Went away & ate dinner, came back to a unresponsive script error and these errors. Keyboard lagging still too:
