My calendar entries and events have all disappeared, even new entries disappear the next day.

I have updated to Thunderbird 31.2.0, Lightning 3.3.1, Provider 1.0.1 and still no calendar.

My Google Calendar on my iPhone 6 has all of the entry/event data in place, but all of it is missing on my office computer, all as of 10/20/14.
