Computer trovi can't reset b/c trovi blocks reset button

I have tried everything. Reset then on last step computer freezes 21xs, McAfee scan 2x's, malware bytes 3x's, System restore 2x. And, now having to use iPad to even post a question to you (Firefix now freezes when I try to post question to you. Pls help me, pls!

Another way you can "Reset Firefox" dialog is to start from safe mode: If Firefox is open, you can restart in Firefox Safe Mode from the Help menu:

  • Click the menu button New Fx Menu, click Help Help-29 and select Restart with Add-ons Disabled.

If Firefox is not running, you can start Firefox in Safe Mode as follows:

  • On Windows: Hold the Shift key when you open the Firefox desktop or Start menu shortcut.

The dialog asking whether you want to start from "Safe Mode" or "Reset Firefox" will appear. Safe Mode Fx 15 - Win
