Found instructions to get this pest off of my terrific Firefox, but have forgotten how to access "Tools" in Firefox so I can do so. Please remind me how to get "Tools" to show on the upper tab so I won't be cursing all day as Malwarebytes pops up over and over, tracking this @#$%^ thing! Thanks a lot.

Hit the Alt key, and the toolbar will appear on the top-left. You can access tools from there.
