What is your computer system and Firefox?
Did you use Firefox to get the player?
In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP in front of the numbers, click it and select Submit.
Using your mouse, mark the most resent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box below and paste them in.

Dell 2020 Touch. Reinstalled the latest Firefox and Adobe Flash Player. I used Firefox to load the player
I have a Dell 2020 Touch and reinstalled Mozilla Firefox and Adobe Flash Player thru Firefox. I had Microsofts team help me clean the computer up and check the whole system...they tried to get it back up on Mozilla.. Works fine on IE and Google, so not sure what the problem is.
