Can I restore a recently deleted Thunderbird account?

My Thunderbird email account on my computer was accidentally deleted by a Telstra technician when I asked for help. It was my account: wynhill2@bigpond.net.au on my computer (I am presently writing to you from my wife's computer as my email account was deleted).

I am hoping to restore my deleted account with all my records of Sent mail and mail I had saved into various folders. Is this possible? If so, would you please tell me how to restore it?
