I want to close my office 365 account and move my email to Thunderbird. I would like to have some instruction and tips. Also, is there a way to access or have a mobile access to the Thunderbird email account such as an app or?

Thunderbird is email client software and not a provider. You still need a provider. There is no Thunderbird for phones or tablets.
