I know the title doesn't explain well. For maybe a month I've been having this problem where for example on Youtube where it shows Recommended for you it gets one of the thumbnails of a video and clones it to video thumbnail next to it or the next 3. Once I move over the mouse over the picture it then shows the actual thumbnail of the videos. Another example is sometimes when I have facebook on one tab and youtube on another tab. The youtube symbol on the tab changes to a random icon I have on my facebook page. If it doesn't do that, the arrow icon on the right to scroll the page changes to another icon from facebook. I know this is a weird problem but its really annoying and sometimes I can't look at pictures because of this annoyance. Help! I included a screenshot of what I mean.
