Hi, I installed new version of Firefox and it keeps crashing on start up and I am not able to get to safe mode as well. Submitted crash report id: bp-a1c02882-c6ec-42d1-a3ed-ad7b02150522

My OS is windows 8.1 64 bit Tried safe mode, I tried to uninstall and resinstall, reboot computer. Nothing works.

Looks like the crash was initiated by a file named sbfi32.dll.

Looks like that file is related to SpeedBit. http://www.neediremoveit.com/detections/ESET%20NOD32%20Detections/sbfi32.dll.html

If you do have SpeedBit installed, uninstall it and see if your crashes stop,
