where do I go to accept terms and conditions?

I was trying to get in to be able to launch videos and movies to my roku TV and as I was signing on it said before I could finish signing on that I ha d to accept the new terms and conditions but I couldn't find the place to go to in order to accept them.

Also, I have installed Firefox on my roku TV but when I go to select an option nothing happens.
