Find all addressbooks and order entries in descending order
I have an addressbook called Christmas. I don't seem to see a list of all my addressbooks. When I find them I wish to see the names in descending order a - z, please

Open your address book. In VIEW - LAYOUT make certain both directory pane and contact pane is checked.
Then select your address book, go into VIEW - SORT BY and select descending or ascending as per your preference.
If this doesn't work, perhaps upload an image of what it looks like (smudge the addresses for privacy).
