I cannot find scroll arrow in mail inbox ie cannot scroll through mail
The scroll arrow at the right side has disappeared and I cannot scroll through the incoming mail.

Try this: Make hidden files and folders visible:
In Thunderbird Help > Troubleshooting Information
- Click on 'show folder' button
- It will open a new window showing profile folder.
- Close Thunderbird now - this is important.
Scroll down, look for the files listed below and delete them.
- localstore.rdf
- Panacea.dat
- Session.json
close window and restart Thunderbird. It will recreate those files.
Test to see if issue is resolved and report back on results.
