I cannot open "recently closed windows"

While i was browsing and accidentally closed my other windows, i go to history and click "Recently Closed Windows" but it didn't pop up. I have tried uninstall and re-install it, open and closed it many times, and restarting but it didn't worked (oh but it's just when i use "Restore Previous Session" so i tried without using "Restore Previous Session" it just worked normally). How i fix it?
