Where is a pinned tab located

I pinned a website earlier. I restarted the computer later. When I opened firefox, I heard the music of the pinned website, but could not figure out how to see it. How do I get to it?

You would normally see a pinned tab at the far left of the Tab bar as only the icon.

You can use Ctrl+1 to Ctrl+8 to go to the first 8 tabs. Ctrl+9 always brings you to the last tab.
