Won't keep my tabs clears my home page with every update from FF. I like having tabs available and NOT pinned but as tabs I don't like searching for tabs I use all the time

Easiest to set multiple home pages is to open only these pages in tabs and click the "Use Current Pages" button.

  • Tools > Options > General > Startup: Home page

Firefox supports multiple home pages separated by '|' (pipe) symbols.

If you do not keep changes after a restart or otherwise have problems with preferences, see:

What security software do you have?

If settings get lost when you update the your security software may be causing problems.
