It sounds like they disabled some of your addons. You can enable your addons by typing about:addons in your Firefox address bar and enabling all of the addons that you desire.
If that doesn't work, it could be that your addons are out-dated. In that case, please refer to this Mozilla support article for steps on how to update your addons:
Note: You may have to restart Firefox for the addons to become fully enabled.
