My Mozilla is not working
When I open up Mozilla, it always states on the to "not responding". I cannot open anything. I need to have this resolved NOW. I need my emails. Since I cannot get Mozilla to open, you need to respond

This is a web forum. not a mailing list. You don't need email in order to read a new post or respond to posts. And it usually is a bad idea to post your email address to a public forum, so you may want to remove it.
