can't find profilemanager for firefox or thunderbird in osx 10.....4

I just got an iMac. I am trying to: 1. Set up 2 profiles each of Thunderbird and Firefox. 2. I need to transfer all of my settings, mail, etc. to each program.

Fortunately I was able to get my book marks from one profile of Firefox onto my Mac.

I have followed the directions in Mozilla support but I am not getting to the profilemanager. Finder can't find it. The problem is finding profilemanager in OSX! Thank you for your help!!!

Found a solution via apple they recommended setting up a second user account.
