Hi, I keep receiving a message when I start Firefox: 'Firefox has stopped working'. I am using version 44.0.2; I have Win7; Also, when I go to Help to check my version, there is an option asking me to 'Restart Firefox to Update'. Please tell me what to do... restart? download a newer version? Thanks

Hi tonino01.

I suggest to start with updating Firefox to the latest version, as it might also fix the first issue. If the update didn't start or there is any other problem, please use this download link or go to the Systems & Languages page to download and install the latest Firefox version for your system and language (see How to install Firefox on Windows for instructions).

Once updated, please let me know if the first issue still persists.
