so, sometimes when i watch a video it's having like lag "spikes" and the audio gets really screwed up too, it's not from my internet connection or the video quality, i've tried it on 1080p 60fps and 240p, it always happens regardless of what I'm doing in the meantime

Try turning off hardware acceleration and see if it works.
