Why do I never receive the emails you send me,I do not have a spam filter so is it the case that I will never hear from you.

I have signed up twice to receive information and you always add- If the email does not arrive cheek spam filter, well they never arrive and I can not find a spam filter????

I really do not know why a Firefox email should be classed as spam. How do I know if I have one and if not do I require same. thanks FredMcD for your interest. patandgarry.

The "Junk" folder should be called "Junk mail" or "Spam".

The desktop Firefox for Windows is a web browser. Mozilla is the company that makes Firefox.

Where did you sign up as maybe somebody can help you then.

Anything from Mozilla should have an address like this; no-reply@support.mozilla.org

James this all came about when I signed on to receive a series of tips on Firefox it was hinted by them that if I did not receive it "Should look in my junk filter. I signed on again and still no email.So Mozilla must have had the job to reply. Thanks for helping James, I`m the garry of patandgarry.
