I found where spam originated in headers. How can I filter something in a header

I've somehow go on the list from hell for spamming. I found that the 'from' column is not the reall source by looking at the hearders. Is there a way to filter from headers? Or, is there a way to show headers in the body of an email? That would allow me to filter using the body.
