Header overflow error
When I try to load a webpage that is part of a secure message group, I am getting a "Header overflow" error and the message does not open. I can go to the main website fine and open all content except the message boards. I had been using FireFox on Win XP when the problem first started. Initially Win 10 on a different computer worked, but now I am getting the same error message. If I use IE the messages open fine.

Having more than one version of a program may cause issues.
You must remove the older programs. Then get the current full installer.
Please provide a public link that we can check out.
Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh).
Is the problem still there?
Running in Safe Mode does not correct the error.
I do not know how to provide a public link, but I will if you can provide details.
What is the link you are using? Is a password required? Do Not give anyone your user/password.
Yes, It is a password protected site. I can access the main site, and all linked content on the site, except the community message boards. When I try to go to the message boards, I get the "Header overflow" error and the message does not open. Since IE 11 works fine, I wonder if is coding that is incompatible with FireFox? Is that a posibility?
Please provide a link to the site, and how to get to the message boards.
I've called for more help.
