change password directions are not accurate

I want to change my password. When I follow the directions and go to MENU and click the OPTIONS tab and then click the SYNC panel there is nothing there that says MANAGE PASSWORDS.

You can change your password settings in   Security   instead of   Sync.

Thanks, right to the point. Easy as it could be. Why Firefox couldn't make it this simple is beyond comprehension.
