Cannot send messages anymore

when I try to send messages from both computers using Thunderbird the message attached shows up and then nothing happens anymore. What can be wrong? When I send a messgae from my Iphone it works correctly (and thunderbird receives this test message as well)

Uploading the PNG files after copy pasting it in Paint as you instructed deosn't seem to work: I cannot upload it here.

Therefor I give you a description of the error.

fter pressing the send button status is "attaching" and in the green field below it is moving for very long time but nothing happens.
