Hello Team, when i tries to open html file(Chat trnascript), it dosn't opens, i had made mozilla as the default application, but still it doesn't open's.

Hello Team, when i tries to open html file(Chat transcript), it doesn't opens, i had made mozilla as the default application, but still it doesn't open's. When i uses Internet explorer as default, that file is opening quickly there.Please help me!!

How did you try to open the file?

Try double clicking the file from the file browser.
